Handicapped room - HUGE!! Beautifully decorated and immaculate. Off to drop my mother off to let her freshen up etc. There seem to be enough banks to currently service the amount of guests as there were no long lines or lengthy waits. Brand new elevators run nice and smooth - no jarring or that stomach wrenching feeling as it speeds up or slows down. They were able to accommodate the same floor request with one handicapped room and they sent us on our way with directions to the elevators. Looked for a sign for check in and couldn't see one, but a glance to the right showed a small carpeted area with 4 or 5 manned stations/stands which appeared to be correct so we wandered over. Valet was smooth - pulled in, left the key got my ticket and walked in.

I'm going to be as thorough as I can and touch on as much as possible so enjoy the read. We've got cards at every resort from AC all the way up to Mohegan Sun in CT so we are familiar with what to expect, process, procedures etc. Let me preface this with some general info - We go to casinos a lot. We booked her into her own handicapped room right down the hall (a couple doors away) in case she needed anything from us. We bought my handicapped mother with us so she could experience what a resort casino was like.
